SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are also shipped on weekends .


SHIPPING COST & DELIVERY TIME

Chicbox use different shipping methods depending on packages different weights . Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING AREA

Chicbox deliver to residential or business postal addresses all over the world .


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours in normal condition .


CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Chicbox is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


DAMAGE & LOST

If any products damaged or lost after you get the parcel. Please do remember to save all packaging materials and damaged goods to take a picture or video of them , and then contact us at earliest as you can , so we can ask shipment carrier to file a claim and please cooperate us for filing a claim

Before packing , we will check the outlook and function of goods to make sure its good .

For Fragile or Easy Broken products , we use bubbles to pack them and put in small hard boxes to avoid them been damaged during shipping .
