What payment methods do you accept?

For online payment , we accept PayPal .

We also accept offline payment : PayPal, T/T Payment, Westunion & Money gram. After the payment is made, please let us know , so we could confirm it and start to prepare your order.

Can I pay in other currencies besides USD?

For online payment , You can choose a currency at the top right of each page name ' Currency' . We accept US Dollars, British Pound, Australian Dollar, Canada Dollar, Euro, Swiss Franc, Denmark Krone, Sweden Krona and Norway Krone.

If you pay with HSBC BANK, we accept US Dollars and Hong Kong Dollars .

If you need other bank payment , please contact us . ( Accept US Dollars, British Pound, Australian Dollar, Canada Dollar, Euro, Swiss Franc, Denmark Krone, Sweden Krona and Norway Krone.)

Payment Problems

Why is there a 4.5% PayPal fee on the total amount?

This fee is charged by PayPal , not by us , please note . You can choose that fee paid on your side also , then we don't add it .

Can you declare only $500 for my order?

We declare around 10% of real amount normally to reduce your tax , but if you need other amount declared , Please contact your sales representative for support.

Do I need to pay an additional bank fee if I pay by T/T (Bank transfer)?

Chicbox would not charge you any fee for bank transfer. But banks would charge a bank-to-bank transfer fee.

Say you are paying for an order of $1000. The bank will charge $30 for transferring, so it's altogether $1030 you will submit. Please kindly pay your bank fee at your side as we didn't charge you any bank fee , we will pay our bank fee at our side .
